Accreditation Preparation

 

Accreditation Preparation of Sleep Centers will entail physical inspection of the facility and reviewing the clinical/administration operations of said facility.  Requested documentation must be provided to me in a timely manner in order to complete the accreditation process.   This project requires the host facility to pay for travel expenses (i.e., airfare, hotel, rental care-if needed) from SFO (San Francisco).  A 1-2 day stay at the host city would be required.
